Hey Dolls, I am Jennifer Marie Meritil, I can not express how much I’m thrilled to connect with you. As a certified NLP practitioner and life coach, My passion is to empower women to live their best lives. I’m the mother of three beautiful children and a wife to an amazing supportive man. I’ve personally experienced the emotional ups and downs that come with cosmetic surgery. Through my own journey, Which has allowed me to have a unique understanding of the challenges women face before and after their procedures.
I’m also a published author Loving Me, Doesn’t Hurt, in which I get into my own struggles with self-worth, confidence and self-love. Through this book, I hope to inspire and encourage other women to love and value themselves as well. Helping women overcome their personal obstacles and live fulfilling, happy lives is truly my life’s work.

Born in Southern California, Crissy has always loved bringing brightness and enthusiasm within every encounter. Always loving to socialize and engage with others, you wouldn’t find her waiting for great things to happen. Her interest in medical aesthetics began from watching her mother capture beautiful moments of women of all shapes and sizes and bring out the inner beauty and self-empowering confidence every woman has. While obtaining her bachelor’s in the Public Health Policies from the University of California, Irvine, she began her own journey volunteering and working throughout various floors of highly reputable hospitals such as Hoag Presbyterian Hospital in Newport Beach and Irvine, as well as dermatology and plastic surgery clinics in Irvine, Orange County and Brentwood, Los Angeles. Overjoyed with her proficient ability to help others find their inner voice and confidence within themselves, she continues in the health industry, merrily helping each person love themselves more and more.

Erika Barros is a final-year Biomedicine student at one of Brazil’s prestigious institutions, Anhembi Morumbi. With a focus on body and facial aesthetics, she holds experience in the field of cosmetic aesthetics. Erika has contributed her expertise to patient support, excelling in reception duties and scheduling procedures in the realm of aesthetic treatments.

Gabrielle Xuarez, a Registered Nurse, specializes in guiding patients through recovery, particularly those healing out of state from their surgeon. She collaborates closely with each patient’s surgical team, ensuring adherence to post-operative protocols. Gabrielle plays a key role in addressing patients’ fundamental questions, providing essential support and knowledge during their recovery journey. Her expertise bridges the gap between patients and their distant surgical teams for a seamless healing process.
