Chandra Lee

Clinical Nutritionist

Chandra Lee, MS, is a former fashion photographer, a highly sought–after holistic nutritionist, gourmet plant-based chef, herbalist, meditation instructor, health coach, weight management specialist, graduate of Landmark Education and captivating communicator inspiring thousands of people to eat and live well. 

She graduated from New York University with a Masters in nutrition and dietetics and completed her dietetic training at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in the Bronx, New York.

In addition to her nutrition expertise, Chandra received a professional chef certificate from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City. 

Chandra not stopping with only nutrition and culinary arts she decided to further her education completing a professional herbalist certification from Original Herbal Remedies Center in Queens, New York. 

With Chandra’s understanding that in order to obtain true transformation it all starts in the mind.  She decided to take it a step further, completing the mindfulness meditation certification program at MNDFL.

Shortly after cooking school, Chandra founded her company Organic Flava’s, LLC to share her passion and knowledge about nutrition, whole foods and sustainable living.

Throughout her career she is known for educating the masses with her holistic approach to nutrition, food and wellness.  Over the years, she worked nationally as a private chef for many clients. She trained and worked in various hospitals, vegan restaurants, gyms, daycare/head start programs, senior centers, home health care agencies, nutrition companies and also supervised multiple school kitchens throughout the New York City tri-state area.

Dominic Richard

Ayurvedic Specialist, NASM Certified

Dominick’s primary responsibility is to oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive nutrition plan that supports the healing process and promotes optimal health and well-being for the patients.

In collaboration with our team of certified nutrition specialists, she helps evaluate each patient’s individual nutritional needs, taking into account their medical history, dietary preferences, and any medications they may be taking.

Melanie Crum

Registered Dietician

Melanie Crum, an accomplished registered dietitian, and health coach, boasts a decade of experience working with a variety of comorbidities such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and anorexia. Passionate about empowering women of all ages to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives, Melanie integrates healthy, personalized diets into their lifestyle. Her primary objective is to simplify healthy living and provide dietary plans that prioritize adding nutritional foods to clients’ diets over restrictive eating habits.

Melanie’s approach involves setting achievable, long-term goals that prioritize whole foods as a means of nourishing the body. She spends time with each client to understand their unique needs, condition, and goals, and educates them on how nutrition can heal and transform their bodies. Melanie firmly believes that what we consume has a direct impact on our overall well-being, and she strives to make healthy eating accessible and enjoyable.

Melanie resides in Dallas, Texas, with her husband and five-year-old twins. They enjoy visiting local farmers’ markets and preparing nutritious, kid-friendly meals together. In her downtime, Melanie loves to spend time with friends and stay active. Proud to work for Make It Pop, Melanie is excited to meet new clients and continue supporting women on their journey towards optimal health and wellness.

Katrina Liew Pilkington, MS

Katrina is an equity-centered wellness educator with a career spanning over 20 years. She is a certified personal trainer and fitness specialist, health and nutrition coach, and group fitness instructor who holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science: Health Promotion and Nutrition. Her methods of coaching are collaborative, focusing on accessibility and affordability as a foundation for proactive lifestyle change and behavior modification. Growing up with limited to no access to affordable and nutritious food or health resources, her goal is to use the lessons she’s learned to lead her communities by example and relatability. Katrina has centered cultural awareness, simplified meal planning and nutrition, as well as movement for all bodies as key components of her education and content. Collaborating with other advocates in the field, she aims to shift wellness culture towards one that fosters longevity by reducing impacts from chronic health issues proactively.
